Brian Kilcullen, Founder

In his role as founder and president of Kilcullen & Company, Brian functions in a multi-faceted capacity, serving as a client liaison for the most senior level executive search assignments in addition to providing the vision, direction and leadership for the entire organization.

Brian has spent the entirety of his professional career, which now spans three decades, as a recruiter working solely in the asset management and insurance sector. This industry focus has enabled him to forge and maintain long-standing relationships with numerous top-tier global financial firms. His insight into the dynamics of the investment and insurance industry marketplace is unrivaled.

As the firm’s founder, Brian was acutely aware that the overall success of the firm as it grew would be dependent on the infrastructure he constructed. Virtually every professional who has joined Kilcullen & Company since its founding is still with the firm today—quite an achievement for any organization and a testament to Brian’s remarkable ability to select the right candidate for the position at hand. He has created a firm culture that promotes an open dialogue exchange and a level of team inclusiveness, which serves as the foundation for the organization.

Jason J. Cominsky, Managing Director

Jason has over nine years of executive search experience in financial services. He spent two years as a Financial Advisor with a national NYSE member firm prior to joining Kilcullen & Company.

Theresa has been in the executive search industry since 1998. She joined the firm as a Client Service Representative and was promoted to Executive Search Consultant in 2003.
